"Now I'll be teaching you the execution and the flow of the "Single Leg Stretch". It?s great to strengthen your Abs but its also a stretch for the back of your body. Take a deep breath and as you exhale curl your chin to your chest, your nose to your navel and bring your right knee in to your chest. You want to take that right hand down to your ankle and the left hand on the knee. Take this left leg and float it about forty-five degrees, like so. The object of the hands is this hand is going to pull your heel in towards your seat to stretch the leg. And this hand is going to keep the knee on the centerline to stretch the outer part of the leg. Take a deep breath, and exhale - switch your legs. Now this hand goes to the ankle, pulls the heel to the seat, this hand pulls your hand in. Inhale - switch, exhale - pull in. Lengthening out through this leg, pulling this leg and compressing tight. Inhale - switch. Exhale, pulling, deepening into the Abs. One more time. Inhale, reach, exhale and pull in stretching the whole back of that body And then bring both knees into your chest. And release down. And your feet come to the floor. And that, is the "Single Leg Stretch"."
