" Now I'll teach you the flow and the execution of 'Rolling Like a Ball". Again pulling the knees in as close as you can, floating the toes, pulling the belly back away from the thighs. Tuck everything in; little slight separation of the feet. And slide the shoulder blades down your back. Now with Roll Like a Ball, to get that massage of your spine, tuck your tail bone under so much, and pull back through the waist, that you roll back to your shoulders, inhaling, and exhale and roll up. And you want a balance; float those toes. Curl your tail bone under, toward your heels. Pull your waistline back away from your heels, inhale- back, and exhale-roll up, staying nice and tight in there. Keeping those arms nice and tight. And one more time. Really pull those heels in. And inhale to your shoulders and exhale, pull up. Excellent! And then put the feet down on the floor. And that is how you do "Rolling Like a Ball"."
