"MICHAEL ROSENGART: Okay, so now we're going to do a downward dog. Okay. Now, if you take yoga classes, there's lots of instructions and small things to count you down on a downward dog. Right now, we're simply doing a downward dog, one to help your posture, also to stretch out your Achilles tendons, your hamstrings, and basically, to kind of get the life back into your body. If you had a really good cool down, you should feel very relaxed. So, doing a couple downward dogs afterwards will help you feel a little stronger, a little energized to go back into the world as they say. So, come on down to all fours. You're going to get your hands right underneath your shoulders, knees right underneath your hips, tuck your toes under. Now, what I want you to do is really spread your fingers out. Tuck your toes under. You're going to push your hips back and up, straighten your legs, like that. And then take a deep breath in, exhale, pull your belly button in towards your spine, keep pushing your hips up towards the ceiling and back. Feel a good stretch through your Achilles tendons, your calves and your hamstrings. Relax your head and your neck and your traps, and then come on back down. You could do one of those and hold it for ten breaths or you could come down and do a few of those and try to get deeper reach time, like. Again, it's a way to stretch out but also to energize you so you could get back out there and do what the other things you have to do in life."
