"MIKE ROSENGART: Okay, you guys, we have another stretch for you. If you remember our previous show, we did a triangle stretch where we basically, start out like this. We're going to bring your feet nice and wide. And now this time around take one arm up towards the ceiling and then bring it over your body as we slide the other arm in the opposite direction. With your fingertips you want to reach for two opposite walls. Take a deep breath in, exhale, go a little farther. Again, take a deep breath in, exhale a little farther. And then we'll come up to the other side and we work the same exact thing. Bringing up and over, take a deep breath in then exhale, go a little farther. Take a deep breath in and exhale just a little farther. Try and stretch out your lats, the best we can. Good. And then once we do that, then come back to the triangle stretch where you come down for one leg then we come down to the other leg, then we come through and then we also push forward. Okay. Again, take your time, breathe deep and really let your muscles relax."
