"MICHAEL ROSENGART: Supermans. Now, an exercise that compliments sit ups really well is working supermans. It's a really good exercise for your posture. So, Ryan here is demonstrating. He's lying flat on the ground. He's going to extend his arms out, away from his body, up over head and his legs out too. What he's going to do, he's going to try to reach away from his body with his legs and then keep reaching away so that his legs will come up. So, go ahead, Ryan. Try to give it a shot. There you go and then he comes back down and work for ten of those. There you go. And keep reaching out in a way. Now, you could vary this exercise with where you're going with your hands. You can keep your hands together up on top; you can bring your hands out to the side. You can also do the same thing with your legs. You can keep your legs together; you can bring them out to the side. So, Ryan, go ahead and show them with your hands out to the side and your legs to the side. That's it. And then back down and show with the hands together and also your feet together and up as high as you can. Good. So, work ten of these then take a break and we'll get on to another exercise."
