"MIKE ROSENGART: Equipment. This is what we're going to need for the workout for today. This is our equipment. I'm going to start off with dumbbells and then we also have kettlebells. Now, not everyone has kettlebells at home, so, if you could find maybe a gallon of milk and you could fill it with sand for weight or water that will work. Or a can of paint will work or a bucket with a solid lid and you can also fill that with sand as well. We also have mat or a towel for the floor. And then a medicine ball, but the medicine ball is actually just for height, okay? So, if you wanted to use a box or a bench at home, that will work sufficiently, too. So once again, we're going to need some dumbbells, we're going to need some kettlebells or a substitute, we need a mat or a towel and also we need a medicine ball or another device that's going to hold a certain height for us to work for, okay?"
