"In any yoga practice, the best way to end is with our relaxation pose. In this clip we're gonna demonstrate "padian kasan" lying on the lap of mother earth, which Willy is doing right here. He's just gonna let go and give it all up to mother earth. If you have any particular back issues, it?s really good to have your knees up. Now Willy's gonna move his feet over to the sides just a little bit and allows his knees just to fall in towards each other, in a comfortable position to allow your spine to release. If you have no back issues, it just gonna go ahead and lengthen his legs out on the mat, and just take them wide apart and let his feet flop out to either sides. Good. He's gonna bring his hands about 8-10 inches out from his body and turn his palms up to the sky, ready to receive energy from the universe, so he is truly lying on the lap of mother earth. I'm gonna come around and give him a little shoulder assess. So I'm just gonna gently press into each shoulder, just giving him open, a little opening through the chest and then pressing both shoulder blades down. Good. And then taking my hands right at the bottom, right underneath that obsepital region lengthening out through his head and neck. Good. And then setting it gently down. And then I'm gonna come around and give him a really nice back stretch. And I?m gonna grab on to his ankles. He's just gonna totally let me do these work and relax his legs and I'm just gonna let his legs just come back and forth and length them right out of his spine. And then release his legs through his feet out to his sides and allow him to relax in Podion Kasan."
