"Another great leg strengthening, heart opening pose for partners is the kneeling lunge. So again Gina and I are going to turn back to back. Gina is going to step her right foot forward and I'm going to step my left foot back. Good. Now we're just going to position ourselves and slowly lower down to our knee. Good. Now you want to make sure that your front knee is out far enough so that the knee tracks right over the ankle so that there is no pressure at all on your knee. Good. We're going to inhale in, reach the arms up. And then as we exhale we're going to reach forward. Reach to your partner's hands and lengthening up. Good. Inhaling pressing back up. And exhaling we're going to come into that one more time. So reach the arms up, sink forward. You want to tilt your tail bone down. Pull your belly in and sink forward, open your heart, reaching up to the sky."
