"Another really great Standing Pose in the Warrior Series is the Reverse Warrior. It really stretches out through the side of your body and strengthens through your legs and just feels great. We're going to do that by coming back to back. And we're going to start in our Star Pose. So we have heels about the same length. Good. And our backs very slightly touching, lengthening up, lifting up, shoulder girdle over the hip girdle and coming in to your alignment first into your Star Pose. So we're going to reach our arms out to the sides. Finding that star, rolling the shoulders down and back. Good. We're going to turn our front foot towards the front. We're going to inhale, lengthen up through the crown of the head, and as we exhale, we're going to press back into our pinkie toe and heel of the back foot and come forward into Warrior II. If you need to move your foot a little bit forward so that knee is position right over your ankle. Again making sure your hips are square to the side of the room and that you have it rotated one forward, both hips stay square and open. we're going to inhale and reach the palm of the hand up and lift it all the way up and back getting that nice stretch from the hip all the way to the fingertips looking up to your hands. And then, exhaling, reaching back out and finding your Warrior II Pose."
