"Gina and I are now going to demonstrate how to flow your tree pose and another balance and warrior pose together in tree flow. We are going to start with the tree pose and then we're going to move into warrior one and then warrior three. So we're going to come right next to each other. We are going to use the tree hugger so we're going to wrap our hands around each other's waist and we're going to come on to the ball of the outside foot opening the knee out to the foot, opening the hip and then finding that perfect position for you may be on your calf, may be right up and just reach your arms right out to the side. Good, inhaling reaching your arm right up to the sky, turn your knee towards the front, and extend your leg forward, gently step forward turning your back heel down, little toe to the heel presses down, inhale and tilt your tail bone under pull your belly in and sink into that front leg lifting up into your warrior one. Good, then transferring your weight to your front foot, take your arm out to the side, lift the back leg coming into warrior three. Inhaling in, taking the back leg forward, reaching your arm up, and let's exhale to heart center pressing your palms together."
