"Another way to practice the Warrior Three Standing Pose with your partner is to use your partner's calf for some support for your balance pose. So we're just going to step back a little away from each other, and face each other, and we're just going to take a moment to ground right down through our feet. And we're going to inhale and press our feet down as we reach our arms up and then exhale draw that energy in the heart center. Once again, inhaling, pressing down to reach your arms up and this time, we're going to step our inside foot forward, inhale in and exhale come forward into Warrior Three. Your inside hand is going to reach down press into your partner's calf which is going to allow you to rotate your hips and lengthen out from the tips of your fingers all the way down through the tips of your toes. One more inhale in, as you exhale lower the leg down, reach your arms up to the sky and exhale, draw the energy in the heart center."
