"Gina and I are going to demonstrate another in the Warrior series, a balance warrior pose, called Warrior Three. So we're going to face each other, find our Tadasana, always centering, grounding through the ground, before you're ready to move on to the next part of your pose, reaching up through the crown of the head. We're going to reach to each other's shoulders. Good. We're going to this way be able to support each other as we walk our feet back into a table pose. Good. Lengthening out, we're going to ground through our left foot, and extend our right leg long behind us into Warrior Three. Good. So you want to square your hips, press down into that standing leg, and then reach out through the ball of your back leg so that you form one long line of energy, from your toe all the way down to your partners'. As gracefully as you can, lowering that foot down, good, coming back into your table, feeling that nice length in the spine and then lifting up walking back in, good, finding your center. This time we're going to inhale and reach the arms up to the sky, and exhale, bring the hands to heart center."
