    Video Transcript

"Gina and I are going to demonstrate a really great way to stretch your inner thigh while using your partner. We are going to come stand next to each other and we're just going to reach our arms around each other's waist. I'm going to lift my leg out to the side and Gina is going to catch it with her hand so that I am making a nice L out of my body. When Gina is ready she is going to lift her leg behind and I am going to catch it with my hand behind. We are both going to press into our standing legs to lengthen up through the spine and reach through the crown of the head. Then we are going to stretch through our adductors also giving a really good hip opener stretch. Then release the foot down and then my foot and then we are going to do a little dosido here to the other side and grabbing on to my partner's waist I'm just going to reach my leg up, good and you can adjust your partner's leg up or down accordingly and then Gina is going to bring her leg behind and we are going to give it a little lift lengthening her spine and then I am going to lower Gina's leg and then lower mine. That is the L Gate side stretch."
