"Another way to use the pump motion to come into your forward folds a little bit deeper and also to get a stretch through your inner thighs is using it with a wide legged position. Gina is going to stand with me back to back and we are going to stand just a little bit out, just a little bit wider. You have to play with your partner just a little bit to find out exactly where the position is because again you don't want to literally butt your partner over. Gina is going to inhale and reach her arms up to the sky lengthening through her spine as she does and then she is going to fold forward on her exhale, good. So she is going feel that length coming from her hip all the way down to the outsides of her heels and tilt her pelvis up so that her sit bones go right up to the sky. I'm going to join her by reaching my arms up, exhaling, and leading with my heart as I fold forward and come down into my wide legged forward fold. Again say hello to your partner. You can reach your hands through, grabbing on to your partner's wrists, good and then inhale. I'm going to lengthen forward as Gina exhales and comes through, I'm giving Gina a little extra stretch and then we're going to reverse that and I'm going to come down and Gina is going to give me just a little bit extra stretch good and reversing. You can feel that action working all the way down your legs as well as your back and then exhaling. Good and then coming through, good and just releasing the hands and then we are going to reverse our swan dive all the way up and let's exhale our hands to heart center this time. "
