"So Gina is going to help me demonstrate this pose and she is just going to turn towards the side standing in her mountain pose and she is just going to inhale and reach her arms up to the sky. Then she is going to exhale and take a forward fold. Now Gina is fairly flexible but for people who have extra tight hamstrings a really good thing to do is loosen up your hamstrings and that will allow your back to get the stretch that we need for this pose. Now I'm going to come, it's very different for us, but I am going to come eight to ten inches apart. You have to practice with your partner so you literally do not butt your partner over. I'm going to inhale and reach my arms up and exhale and fold forward and then you can say hi to your partner and reach your hands through. I am going to inhale and lift up drawing Gina forward."
