"In this pose Gina is going to help me demonstrate coming in to Tadasana with a side twist. It is really good to twist, it realigns the spine and lengthens you up and makes you feel really great. We are going to start in back-to-back Tadasana. Coming next to your partner, feeling their shoulder blades and always connecting with your partner's brow, maybe even feeling the occipital part of the ridge, that bony part into he back and lengthening up, just take a moment to inhale, press down through your heels as you reach up to the sky and then exhale bringing the arms out shoulder height, good. We're going to just press into our palms. We are going to inhale, lengthen up and as we exhale we're going to come into a little twist over to the side. Now you want to try to keep your shoulder blades pressing into your partner's shoulder blades. Inhale in and exhale back to center, inhale lengthen, exhale back. Good pressing into your partner's shoulder blades, lengthening, inhale and exhale back to center. Good. Always pressing into your partner's shoulder blades to keep your spine lengthened. Inhale pressing up to the sky and then exhale lowering the arms back down."
