    "Willie and I now are going to take the candlestick pose to just another level here and he is going to bring his body forward in the Paschimottanasana and I am going to come into fish pose opening up my back and opening up my chest so if Willie would just bring m legs forward as he comes forward and I am going to put my elbows above my head so I have a little something to press into, good. I feel how I am opening up my chest and lengthening my spine and Willie again is getting a nice stretch for his hamstrings and also working his back. So this is fish pose, Paschimottanasana, a flow from a candle pose."
