"Another really great combined partner yoga pose is the Candle Stick Pose. I'm going to come into a shoulder stand, and Willy's going to help me by coming into a Dandasana or Seated Staff Pose. So I'm going to start first by turning around and just coming into a plow pose just for transition purposes. I'm going to reach my legs up and come over. Willy is going to come with his back towards me to help me lengthen through my spine. Good. Then I'm going to take my legs up and Willy's going to catch them with his hands and we're going to come into the Candle Stick Pose. Its really great shoulder stand stimulates the thymus, its the peak of all poses, so good for your reversing gravity, the blood flow and Willy's getting a good stretch on his hamstrings, also lengthening his spine and using his abdominal muscles. Candle Stick are really fun pose to do with the partner."
