    "Mukarasana Crocodile is the second most relaxing pose second only to Shavasan, the corpse pose for relaxation. I am going to ask Willie to lay down on his belly. He is going to put one hand on top of the other and rest his forehead right on the top. There you go, good. Now Willie has been working hard so he deserves a nice back rub so you're just going to take your foot sideways on that sacrum and just press in a little bit. How's that Willie? So talk to your partner to see how he feels. It should feel really good. Just put your foot in there and gently rock back and forth working up and down his lower spine. The best thing about partner yoga is you know after you've done this, your turn is next."
