"The lower locust is a really great way to release through your spine and release your sacrum. We get a lot of lower back pain and this is a really great way with a partner to lengthen out spine and get a little back massage. Willie is going to help me get on the mat diagonally and he just gets to relax. He is going to take his hands down by his side and just spread your feet a little bit wide. I'm going to reach down and grab on to Willie's ankles. I am going to have him inhale in and on the exhale I am just going to lift his legs up only to the point where he says it feels good. Listen to your partner when he says it feels good. Are we there yet, you alright? Adding on to his you are going to take your foot and press it right in to your partner's sacrum area maybe working up the spine just a little bit give them a nice back massage. How does that feel Willie? Good? So it should feel really good. Remember you are working to make your partner feel good so talk to your partner and massage just where they say is that spot. Then we are going to release. Inhale in and exhale. I am slowly going to slower you down. Make sure you don't drop your partner?s legs down. And that's the lower locust lift with a back massage."
