"The locust pose is a really great way to lengthen our, your spine. So many of us today have low back issues and this is a really great way to lengthen through the sacrum, through the lumbar spine and feel really great. Willie is going to help me demonstrate this and so I am going to ask him to lay diagonally on the mat and he does not have to do too much here. He's going to relax and enjoy. He's going to release his hands down, good and he's going to take his feet just a little bit wide. This is going to be a lower locust pose so I'm going to reach down and grab his feet, inhale in, and exhale, just lift his legs up and I'm going to walk in and ask Willie when it's too far. Is that good? Good. So just relieving through his lower spine. So I'm trying to lengthen back and then lift up. There should be no compression in that lower spine. How's that lower spine? Feels good. Good. Then inhale in and exhale, gently lowering him back down. This is a really great way to lengthen through your spine. It feels really good."
