"Willie is going to help me demonstrate Bhujangasana which is another cobra pose with a back bend. So in this pose both partners get to come in to an opening through their heart and an extension toward the spine. Willie is going to lay down on the ground, toes on the ground, good, forehead towards the ground, good, and just slide his arms along side his body. Good. I'm going to reach down and grab his wrists and he is going to hold on to my wrists as well. We're going to inhale in and on the exhale I'm going to lift him up. I'm going to walk my feet through and come through a back bend so it's a trust issue. So as he is opening up his spine, I'm also opening up my spine, opening up my heart. Good. Inhale, slowly lower your partner down good, and then exhale, we're going to come into it again. Lengthening up and rolling your shoulders up and back, up throughout your heart and exhale lower down."
