"A great pose for you back is Bhujangasana Cobra Pose and it works really good in partner yoga because you have your partner to assist you. So I'm going to ask Willy to lay down on his stomach, good. He's going to press his toes into the ground, internally rotate his thighs. His just going to take his hands right next to his rib cage. Good. His going to keep his forehead to the ground, so that the head is the continuation of your spine. So we want to show that nice long line. Good. His going to inhale in and press in toes, your finger toes are going to come all the way down. Yeah, good. Alright, so Willy's going to inhale, his going to roll his shoulders back and lift up and I am going to assist him to pull his shoulder blades together and open up his heart. Good. Inhale in, exhale lower down. So its really important to move with your partner's breath. Inhale lengthens through the crown of your head, exhale lift it up and open your heart. Cobra Pose Bhujangasana."
