"Dhanurasana is a really great pose for your back and to open your chest and shoulders. It means bow pose and I'm going to assist Gina into this bow pose so Gina is going to come on down to her belly, good. She is going to bend her knees and reach back to her ankles if she can. She is going to flex her feet. As she rolls back she is going to lift her shoulders and then lift up and she is going to press her feet up to the sky, good. You want to keep your knees together as much as you can. I'm going to come and I'm going to take Gina's ankles and lift her up into the pose even higher. Inhale, lower down just a little bit, and then exhale and lift her up, notice how her shoulder blades are squeezing together, opening her heart and how her back is lengthened. She is getting really good back work, good. Then lowering her down. That's bow pose."
