"This time Gina and I are going to flow from Gate Pose to Mermaid Pose and this feels really really good. We're just going to come on up and come away from each other and we're going to extend our legs, good, just about to where the other's knee is. We're going to lengthen up. You want to position your hip right over your knee, shoulder over the hip. Tilt your tail bone under and lengthen up. Good. We're going to inhale, reach the outside arm up to the sky and as you exhale, feel that stretch from the knee all the way up the outside of the body as you press your palms together, good. Inhaling, lengthening up and then opening up to the opposite direction, pressing to the outside of your foot and then lengthening up through your finger tips, rotating your chest and your heart open. Inhale, lift yourself right back up and exhale and come back into the Gate Pose. Inhale and lift it up, exhale and come into Mermaid. Open your heart, inhale in and as you exhale lift yourself up. Good."
