"Parighasans or Gate Pose is a really great way to open up your body, open up the door of life to the vital energy, the piranha to come into your body. We're going to come into it at the toes this time so Gina and I are going to step away from each other and reach our legs long in towards each other at this time, little toe to the heel to press right down to the ground. You want to line your knee right up under your shoulder. Tilt your tail bone down and draw your belly in so that there is no compression in your lower spine. You're going to slide your hand down your thigh but keep the palm up. The outside arm is going to inhale. You are going to lengthen your arm up to the sky and exhale, slide your hand down and open your heart. So inhale, lengthen, exhale and sink deeper opening up your chest, good. Inhale reach your arm up to the sky and exhale sink back down, good."
