    Video Transcript

"Gina and I are going to come into a pose called Ustrasana which is going to open up our back and open up our heart at the same time. We're going to come on up on to our knees facing in opposite directions and we're going to press our feet in towards each other. You can even press through our heels. You want to arrange your hips right over your knees and the shoulder girdle over the hip girdle. We're going to inhale, lengthen up and tilt your tail bone down so that there will be no compression in your lower spine. Then we're going to reach our front arm back and then take a little trust issue and reach your other arm out and reach forward, good. Lengthening through the spine, good. Inhale and draw your elbow in so you can draw your partner up. Then we're going to come over to the other side grabbing on to your partner and reach away. Inhale, bend your elbows, draw your partner back in and then reach your hands together behind you, inhale, tilt your tail bone down, lift up out of your waist and roll your shoulders down and back very mindfully and very gently approaching your partner and breathing. You should feel no pinching in the lower spine. If you do, tilt your tail bone down. Inhale in and lengthen up and as you exhale just fold forward and come into a child's pose. You can reach your hands back and grab on to your partner's hands."
