"Gina and I are going to take our Boat Pose to a wide legged position and then added trust issue. So we're going to face each other, bring our knees up and press our toes together. Good. We want to find that long spine, even out, draw your belly button in and reach your hands to your partner's wrist. Good. We're going to extend one leg up, good, extend the other leg up to Full Boat Pose. Good. Now we're going to go ahead and bend that front knee and slip the outside arm into the center. Good. Bend the back knees and slip the back arm into the center, good. So now you're taking it more into a Wide Legged Boat Pose, don't loose that long spine. Good. See if you can't release and grab on to the opposite hand, and then reach the arms back coming into a wide leg trust issue. Good. Changing hands, cross the hand over, good, and then reach the other arm away long spine press into your partner's hips, good. Bring your hands back to center, and slowly lower your legs down to the sides, good, lengthening up, good. And then release."
