"Navasana is a really great pose to work your abdominal muscles and develop some abdominal strength. Gina and I are going to take this pose, actually Ardha Navasana, Half Boat Pose to work our abs and have a little fun as well. So we're going to face each other. Our toes are going to be together and we're going to reach and grab on to our partner's wrists. We're going to press into our partner's toes and lift just one leg up on the inside of the knee. So your knee is right under your armpit. And then you're going to lift the other leg up, knees inside the armpit and reach. See if you can't lengthen through your spine. Good. Inhale in, you're just going to press into your partner's feet just a little bit and rock just a little bit to and fro. So one partner pushes, and then the other pushes. Engage your core and try to lengthen through your spine. Good. Good. And then slowly lowering, one leg down at a time. Good. Half Boat Pose."
