"Gina and I are going to come in to a side stretch called the Diamond Pose. We're going to start by facing each other. We're going to extend our front leg out to the side and press into each other's foot and bring our knees together. Good. We're going to lengthen through our spine, and you're going to take your front arm and grab on to your partner's forearm. Good. We're going to inhale and lengthen and rotate towards our back knee, reach our back arm up to the sky, and then as we exhale, we're going to lengthen forward and try to reach our toes. Good. Or even your partner's toes. Now you're going to give your partner a little tug on the elbow, just bring your body through so you can rotate up to the sky even more. So the pulling in of the arm is what helps that rotation to take place. Inhale lengthen, feel that great length all from the hip all the way up to your fingertips. And as you exhale, lift it up and lower down."
