"Gina and I are gong to demonstrate flowing from Janusirarna to the Mermaid Pose. Janusirarna means head to knee pose so we're going to move back to the corners of our mat and bring our foot together. We are going to bring our other foot in to our thigh with our knee out to the side. We are going to inhale, lengthen and rotate out towards the knee. We are going to reach our hands up to the sky and when we exhale we are going to reach to our toes and see if we can't find those finger tips and then you are going to inhale and lift it up and take that back arm back behind you and press into the toes and lift up on the knee and stretch away so you are getting a really good side stretch on both sides of the body. Inhale lowering down and exhale take that back arm up reaching towards your toes, towards your partner and lengthening out. This is head to knee part and then you are going to inhale lengthen up and flow right into Mermaid Pose, lengthening your hips, opening up your heart, reaching your arm back as you press into your partner's toes, inhale lengthen and exhale lower down."
