"Next Gina and I are going to demonstrate the Pavritta Janu Sirsasana or revolve head to knee pose. So we're going to move to the ends of our mat, extend our foot forward, pressing into the heel, and we're going to bring either the foot into the thigh or you could actually bring it over right just a little bit on the top of the leg bone there. Good. We're going to inhale lengthen and we're going to rotate towards our knee, reach our outside arm up to the sky, inhale in and then exhale reach towards the toes and see if we can find those fingertips, good. Inhale, lengthen and exhale open. So if you use your elbow to the inside of that leg as leverage, you can use that to rotate and help your partner rotate as you open your heart right up to the sky, good. Inhale releasing reaching the arm up and exhale, lowering down."
