"Gina and I are going to demonstrate for you now another seated spinal twist. We are going to just come in and face each other and to come into a regular seated twist you are going to cross your right foot over your left knee. You are going to press your right big toe down and make sure both hips are square into the earth. You need to have both hips touching. It is not good to twist on your spine if you have one hip up. I'm going to snuggle in here next to Gina and we are going to press into each other's legs and then we are going to take our left arms around and extend our right arms to the back hand, inhale lengthen and exhale. Just give a gentle tug and open up. Inhale release just a little bit and then exhale and come back into it just a little deeper. Opening your chest, opening your shoulder, using your partner's leg to help you come deeper into the twist."
