    Video Transcript

"A really great way to open your hips and your chest is with the King Pigeon Pose. Gina and I are going to demonstrate how you can use this in a partner class to do it together in an Entwined Pigeon Pose. We are going to face opposite directions on the mat and kind of come up on the mat and you might have to play with it just a little bit, then we're going to bring our right knee forward towards our right wrist and lay your foot sideways if you can. If you need to you can tuck your heel closer towards your pubic bone and then tuck your foot out to the side. Then slide your left leg down the side of your hip or knee, all the way to the knee probably. You are going to raise your hand back to your own leg first then reach back and grab on to your partner's leg. Pull your shoulders back and allow your heart to open. Allow your heart to open towards the opposite side of the room and there we have the Entwined Pigeon Pose."
