    Video Transcript

"Another great partner pose is Uphavista Konasana, wide straddle stretch and Gina will be coming into Mytsyasana fish pose. I'm going to come in just to get my legs ready and then I'm going to open my legs into a wide straddle. I'm going to inhale and lengthen up and as I come forward Gina is going to lower back, good. So Gina is opening her heart because I am getting a really good inner thigh stretch. On each inhale you lengthen with the breath and with each exhale, sinking down into the stretch deeper. The next inhale Gina is slowly going to come back up and then slowly I am going to walk my hands back in and back up to where we started from."
