"Gina and I are going to demonstrate Paschimottanasana and Moschiottansana so Gina is going to be doing hers with extended legs forward bent and I am going to be doing fish pose on her back so we're going to be working in opposition to each other. It's a really great stretch to strengthen the hamstrings and then open your heart and chest. Gina is going to extend her legs long, good. I am as well and then we're going to flex our feet, inhale in and exhale. Gina is going to lean forward and I'm going to come back. Now I'm going to talk to Gina and ask if this is okay? If it's okay with her I am going to bring my whole body on to her back but be very careful that you don't smash your partner. Good and then open my heart and reach my arms over Gina's hands where she can lengthen my arms forward, good. She should be getting a really good hamstring stretch but if it is too much you can always bend your knees to take a little bit of the pressure off. We're going to inhale in and slowly come down and I'm going to extend my legs long this time and come into the Paschimottanasana or the forward bend and Gina is going to come back, good. Opening her heart, opening her arms out to the sides, softly inhaling and exhaling and letting go of the breath. Inhaling in and Gina is gently going to begin to come up and now we're back where we started."
