"Gina and I are going to come into a hip opener pose now called Baddha Konasana bound angle or commonly known as the butterfly pose. We're going to come now seated back to back and this time we are going to press the soles of our feet together. Now you can bring your heels in as close to your body as you would like or bring them in further so whatever works for you. Gina and I are both pretty flexible so you might find your knees are up here so that's pretty okay. You're going to think about pressing your knees out to the side as you press your knees in to each other. Reach down and lengthen through the crown of the head. You're going to inhale and lengthen through the spine and as you exhale Gina is just going to reach back on to my thighs, good. She may even try to rotate them back towards her thumbs a little bit. I am going to do the same for her, reaching my hands back and just trying to rotate the femur bone in the socket and then we're going to press each other's sides away from each other as we lengthen our spine, opening up through our hips and relax through the shoulders and breath, inhaling in and exhale pressing into your partner's side, rotating the femur bones back and allowing to open up the hips just a little bit more and then release and bring your hands back, good."
