    Video Transcript

"Taking the spin into rotation a little bit further using your partner, we are going to come back to back in our easy seated position, with he aligning of the partner's shoulder blades and connecting with your partner's breath, we're just going to take our hands down next to our side, inhale, rooting down as we reach our hands up to the sky and pressing down into the shoulder blades of your partner and then opening your arms out just to shoulder height and finding your partner's palm and pressing gently into your partner's palm, good. Inhale and lengthen up, exhale and begin your rotation. This time you are going to take your hand to your partner's knee and at the same time press your own knee so that you can use that as leverage to come into your twist just a little deeper, pressing into your partner's shoulder blade. Good, releasing back to the center, inhale, reach the arms up, exhale and open the arms shoulder height, find your partner's palms, inhale and lengthen and exhale and go in the other direction and then take your hand to your partner's knee and other hand to your own knee and use that as leverage to help yourself come into a deeper twist. Good, inhale unwind, reach the arms up to the sky and as you exhale draw the energy in to heart center."
