    "Another way to warm up your neck is to come back to back with your partner in sukasa, an easy seated pose, find your long spine, and your centered breathing and we are just going to begin with head rotations, full head rotations. So be mindful of your neck. If you have any problems with your neck or any neck injuries and you know that you shouldn't drop your head all the way back please don't go there, just bring your head all the way up to center rather than dropping it all the way back. But if you know you have no issues and it's going to be okay for you it's going to be in opposition with your partner so Gina is going to inhale and drop her chin down to the chest as I exhale and drop my head back. We're both going to roll our head over to one side and then down so that my chin is to the chest, Gina's head rolls back and then very gently let it come around being mindful to come along the same rhythm as your partner. Good. Now if you feel any cracking or popping in your neck you want to lengthen up through the crown of the head and make your circles just a little bit more confined. This should feel good and not create any tension. Then we're just going to come around in the opposite direction. It should feel really good and relaxed on your neck, just like your head is on the top of a pin and your neck is that pin so it is very loose and relaxed, relaxing through your shoulders. One more time around and then head back up."
