"After you've connected with your partner sooner then come in to the rhythm of the breath. Then we're just going to warm up the body a little bit and we're going to do that by starting with some nice Neck Stretch. So you are going to sit back to back with your partner, in an easy seated position again lengthening through the spine. You just going to inhale, lengthen up and then as you exhale, drop your chin down to your chest. On your next inhalation you are going to allow your head to move over to your right shoulder. So if you know your partner well, you may even let your head drop back unto your partner's shoulder. Good. Inhaling in, exhaling rolling your head all the way over to the other side and its not necessary but as I said, if you'd like to, you can allow your head to relax on your partner's shoulder. Good. Inhaling and exhaling to the other side trying to use your breath to release any tensed spot on your neck. So with the inhale you lengthen and then the exhale circling over to the other side, sending your breath in the any tense spots, if its pulling at all, just bring your head back a little bit, we want this to feel good. Good. And then bring your head back to center. Inhale your cervical spine lung and then exhale, return your head back to center."
