"After you've started your practice with center breathing then we like to bring movement into the breath. So I'm just going to turn and sit in Sukhasana that means easy seated pose back to back with Gina where we have been centering our breath, inhaling lengthening up and exhaling, still lengthening but drawing the energy into the body and connecting our breaths together. Getting the feel for the rhythm of each other's breath as well as our own. And then we're going to come into the Sun Moon Breath Body Link. So we're going to inhale, take our arms down next to our hips, reach the arms up to the sky and then as you exhale draw the energy into your chest. Inhaling, taking the arms down and pressing your sits bone down to reach up lifting your heart up to the sky and then as you exhale gently pressing into your partner's shoulder still lifting as you draw the energy into your heart. One more time, inhaling reaching the arms up adding movement to the rhythm of the breath so the movement goes on the same rhythm and exhale."
