"Another great way to begin the yoga partner practice is with centering in the third eye prayer. So the third eye is indicating the Agnichakra and is located in between the eyebrows and the forehead. That's the sixth chakra and it's the chakra of spiritual awakening so when we press our third eyes together we're going to come into a more communicative state with each other so we're facing each other, the knees are slightly touching, lengthening up through our spine, and we're going to bring our third eyes and press them together. We're then going to reach our arms around our partner's neck and come into Andala Mudra pressing our hands together in prayer mudra, lightly pressing your palms together, softly inhaling and softly exhaling, tapping into the energy of the third eye, the Agnichakra. The awakening and communication centering breath."
