"So, now that we have our reading and patterns down, you can go through and look at our advanced tune. We have our melody here and also we have some chord changes. We'll deal with that in the next segment. Right now, we are just going to look and analyze the tune. We start here. This is C, so we have 1, 7, 6. So, 6, flat 7, 1, flat 7. Again, if a note is flatted or sharped in a measure, it stays flatted or shaped to the end of the measure. So, we have flat 7, 1, flat 7, 6,5,6,5,3,3,2,3, sharp,4,5,7,6,5,6,5,5,6,5,5,down to 3,3,2,1,7,4,3,5,3,6,5,6,5,6. Now I know I went through this rather quickly, but we're going to go through measure by measure and explain to you how to find all the chords and everything. I just wanted to show you how easy it is to go through and just find the melody just sight reading. You can do this through any real book tune that's written in the key of C major."
