"The 2nd note in the B flat major scale is C. Let's look at C in the staff. To play a C on the flute we play the 1st finger only in the left hand and you play the pinkie finger in the right hand. This is how it sounds. Let's review the fingerings for C on the flute we have the 1st finger in the left hand and the pinkie finger in the right hand. From B flat which is the 1st note to C the note that we just played the 2nd note the distance is a whole step. Let's play the 2 in session so you can hear the whole step. This is how much of the scale that we have learned so far. "
