"SHAUN SCHAEFER: Hi, I'm Shaun Schaefer on behalf of Expert Village. And today, we're going to learn how to set up a drum kit. Now, after we set up the snare drum and the rack tom, it's important that we adjust and get them set up correctly to where we can play the most efficiently. First, I'll do the rack tom. And it looks like the rack tom is--the angle is off a little bit. So what I'm going to do is actually tilt it towards me. That looks good. And I'm going to actually move it a little bit closer. There you go. So the rack tom looks good. The snare drum looks pretty good. One important note about the snare drum, the top of the snare drum, you want that to be above your knees or your legs because when you play, you don't want to hit your legs. So this looks about good, maybe a little, let's straighten it out a little bit. So there's that. And the rack tom and the snare drum is ready to go. Now, that we have the kick drum set up, the snare drum and the rack tom, it's time to set up our final drum. That's the floor tom."
