"Okay, so, by this point, you ought to be, hopefully, to the point in your practice where you kind of know some parameters of what the right hand can do. You have some ideas about what the left hand can do. And so then, you just always want to be kind of pushing yourself to try different combinations of these things. So, for example, with that "salty dog" blues, you know, we can try maybe playing a chord kind of further up the neck and, you know, basically the same chord progression but just a bit of a different sound. So, actually, the way I like to play it is to kind of start up here, you know, I did a little add on there. And then, instead of going, you know, going to a straight A, I kind of do, kind of more a, kind of one here where I can do these little, those little changes and then, there's the G, there's the walk down. So what that looks like all put together is like. Boy, I keep missing that one, f**k. Okay, one more time. One, two. So, with all those changes, the "salty dog" blues sounds more like this."
