How to Combine Fingerpicking Techniques

"Okay, so now we've seen how you can do different kinds of things with your left hand. You can either do a hammer on or a pull off without plucking the string. Or, you can add a note by plucking the string. Just by fingering that E-major chord and maybe adding this note into the mix, we can see how we can use all three of those different techniques and, you know, different ways, but with different effects. Right? So, I'm going to kind of mix them up a little bit here. There's adding the note. Here's a hammer on. Here's the pull off. Hammer on. Pluck. Same note, just different ways of doing it."
