"MARCEL LEIGH: All right. From this position, working into the inner thighs, stretching out those muscles. Okay. Stretch your arms up, reach up, reach forward, give a good stretch, breathe, coming back up. Now, this time we're going to take the bottoms of the feet together and hold the bottoms of the toes. Good. Now we're going to take our hips back a little bit and bring our feet closer in. All right. Now, we have a good, good stretch opening the inner thighs. From this position, we're going to take one hand and press, take the other hand and press. All right. Now keep pressing. Don't round, keep lifting, look up and breathe. Keep pressing those knees open. Deep, deep breath. Breathe very deep up into the chest, up into the lungs. Good. And now, bringing the knees back up, stretching them back out, reaching up and forward. All right, very good. Okay, moving into our next series."
