"MARCELLE LEE: Moving into the other side, rolling up, stretching back, reaching up, opening the arms, opposite foot forward. Now notice, arms out, shoulder distance, knee a little bit over the ankle, chest down, fist right by your arch, fist fingers or palms. Now don't forget to breathe, breathing all the time, all through this, breathing your yoga breathe. Curl your back toe under, elongate that leg. You want to have one straight line from your heel right all the way up to the top of your head. Deep breathe. Bringing the knee back down, flattening the toe. Notice how my chest is still on my knee. All I'm going to do is pull the hips back, straighten the leg best I can, open the fingers up, chest down, toe up, deep breathe. Boy, this is great stretch for the entire back of the leg. Alright, resting. Come on back into pose of child, moving on to the next."
