Video Transcript

"MARCELLE LEE: Starting with the next series of warrior pose. Shoulders up, back, down back, opening the feet up, three feet apart if possible, good. Opening the arms up, turning one foot out to the side, reaching with the ribcage. Now I want you to notice how one position moves into another one. It flows, okay? Looking at your fingers, reaching, breathing. This time, bending the knee. This time, elbow to the knee. Reach this arm up over your head. Now you may need to slide this back foot out a little bit because you want to have a straight line from your foot all the way up through your fingers. And the knee over the ankle. Breathe. Coming up, straightening the leg, bringing this foot in, dropping the arms, shoulders up, back, down back, opening the arms, other side. Turning the foot out, reaching the ribcage, looking at your fingers, bending the knee, elbow to the knee, reach this arm up and breathe. Coming up, straightening the leg, bringing the foot front, relax your arms, step together and give a little shake."
